PLEASE NOTE: Although we do our very best to process and ship every order on time, we cannot guarantee that the shipment will be delivered on a specific date. Several factors affect the progress of a shipment and the ultimate responsible party for this process is the couriers used by our partner Gelato.

Returns:

Returning conditions:

- The condition of the products needs to be unharmed, unused, clean and in the original packaging
- You can only return to apply for a coupon that may be used on the website. These will be send out between 10-15 working days after receiving your returned items in great condition.
